The Art of Making Coconut Oil

Then we go and visit Doña Nena, a Costa Rican entrepreneur, who will explain to us the traditional process by which she extract the oil from the fruit of the coconut palm. She also makes delicious jams that we will delight in trying. She sells coconut oil for the skin and for cooking, Tree honey and other surprises.

To finish our exploration we go to observe a majestic tree, an Higueron, a species with high ecological value, it has a hemiepiphytic habitat (plants that grow on top of others), with the capacity to live for many years and become an ecosystem in itself, being a food resource, habitat , recreation, rest and nesting, for insects, birds, reptiles and mammals.

Jungle Adventure

First we enter in the Jungle. It is a slow flat walk, a contemplative state and in silence, attentive to the life that exists in every corner, to how it manifests itself around us. The invitation is to enter with patience and openness and with respect and love. We guided you to a mental and physical practice to appreciate this fusion of Flora recognition, Bird-watching. Connect with the breeze of the Sea and the River and the aliveness of the Jungle.
